What is Our Real Alumni Target?

Kevin Seidl • June 4, 2017

Just how many 1-37 Armor Veterans Are There Estimated? In order to come to a target of available, we have come up with some assumptions about those who served in our Great Battalion:

Years of Service 1941-2017 = 76
Years inactivated = 12
Total Years Possible: 64
Average Strength of the battalion: 500
Average tour: 2 years
Total Served Ever in 37th TB and 1-37 Armor: 21,000
Attrition factor: 50%
Total Available: 10,500
Current Alumni: 1,460
Alumni % of available: 15%
Goal Enrollment: 5,250
Goal % of Possible: 50%

While we today are at 1,460 members, our real target is 5,250. This will only happen if all help us expand the group. ENABLE OUR GROWTH!
