1-37 Armor Alumni Welcome Three New Members: Weaver, Wilmer, Covington

  • Jack Weaver, Combat Support Company (CSC) Mortar Platoon, 1975-1976. Jack was stationed in Katterbach, Germany. Today he resides in Nevada.

 

  • Wilmner Gomez, B Company, 1995-1996. Wilmer was stationed in Vilseck, Germany. He remained in 1-63 Armor (after 1-37 Armor reflagged in 1996) until 1997. He lives today in Kentucky.

 

  • Victor Covington, A Company 2004-2007. Victor was stationed in Friedberg, Germany. He resides today in Texas.

James (Jim) Noles was commissioned Second Lieutenant of Armor upon graduation from Florence State University (University of North Alabama) in August, 1967. He served in a number of positions as an Armor officer and as a Foreign Area Officer culminating as Assistant Commandant of the Armor School, Ft. Knox, KY.
